Finding the right kind of support is a personal process. I offer different ways of working to suit your lifestyle and comfort level, ensuring our sessions feel safe and steady.
Individual Counselling (In Person)
A quiet, dedicated space in Clonmel for us to meet face-to-face. This traditional setting offers a sense of stability and focus for deep, reflective work.
Fee: €60 per 50 minute session
Online Counselling
Flexible support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Ideal for those with busy schedules or limited
mobility

About Me
I’m a counsellor based in Clonmel, offering a calm, supportive space for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next. I came to this work through a long-standing interest in how people make sense of their lives, and I’m drawn to the kind of therapy that feels steady, respectful, and genuinely human.
My approach is grounded in CBT and shaped by a person‑centred ethos that honours your pace, your autonomy, and your lived experience. I also bring years of experience in recovery education and group facilitation, which influences the collaborative, down‑to‑earth way I work.
My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move toward what matters most in your life.
